At AT-WATCHES , we value our customers and offer the option to return or exchange products within 14 days of receiving the order, provided the following conditions are met:

Product Condition:
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and unopened.
- The product must include all original accessories (such as the box, manuals, and warranty card).
- If the sticker on the watch has been removed or the product has been used, and the only reason for return is that the customer does not like it, 20% of the product price will be deducted upon return.

Proof of Purchase:
- A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

Return and Exchange Process:
- You can contact our customer service via WhatsApp or call us at: 01023243894 to submit a return or exchange request.
- Alternatively, you can email us at: a.t.watches0@gmail.com
- Once the request is reviewed and approved, the return or exchange process will be communicated to you.

Costs:
- The customer is responsible for shipping costs for returns or exchanges unless the product has a manufacturing defect.
- If the product is returned simply because it is not liked by the customer, and the sticker has been removed or the product opened, 20% of the product price will be deducted.

Non-Returnable or Non-Exchangeable Products:
- Products that are damaged due to misuse.
- Products that have been used or tampered with.
